Swadgasm Lab was born from a simple frustration: healthy food in Kathmandu tastes like cardboard, and tasty food is full of things you can't pronounce. We built the lab to break that compromise — using traditional Nepali ingredients, modern nutrition science, and zero tolerance for fillers.

Every ingredient is listed, sourced locally where possible, and held to a clean standard. If it doesn't pass the lab test, it doesn't go in the product.
